In the first trimester you will hardly notice any change in your physique except for the thing that you have skipped your menses. The urge to tell this good news to your loved ones make you feel excited. This is the time when your baby’s heart beat can be heard. It is ideal to tell this news to all you know, after the first trimester, as after completion of 3 months, there are less chances of miscarriages.

The start of the second trimester will show some marks of your baby’s arrival to the people around you. Your tummy is slightly bigger now. You can see your baby in an ultrasound during this trimester. You will start getting all sorts of cravings by this time and it is advisable that you eat whatever you feel like eating.

The last trimester is the most crucial. In these last 3 months, you have to be more careful. You might need to slow down or cut down a few activities that are more tiresome. You can expect more weight gain during this period. This is the trimester when you can feel your baby’s movement. The joy of your baby’s first kick cannot be expressed in words.
